Win-Win! There Is An Answer to Hell!
We talked about ‘hell’ yesterday. Not a popular subject, but real nonetheless. There is an answer to the ‘hell’ issue and it settles it forever in your life. That answer is found in receiving Him who can and will always settle the issue for us. That One is Jesus! How does He do it? It’s simple, He partners with you:
35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.
36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.
37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul. Hebrews 10:35-39 (KJV)
When Jesus takes up residence in our heart, He is for us and more than the world against us. When we get weak, when we fall into temptation, when we get weary – He stands up in us and reminds us of who we are and whose we are. He reminds us of all that He brought us through already and says, "don’t give up, don’t lose confidence, keep going, it will bring you a great reward. HIS partner, the Holy Spirit will bring us a calm to remind us to have patience, to remind us that God will indeed come through. He reminds us that this is a life of faith and that faith is the beginning and the end of our quest. And that quest will not only mete us rewards in this life, but it reaps us eternal rewards as well – Hallelujah – Win-Win!
