Welcome to HLM Recovery 180!
We are a branch of Heartlife Ministries that provides resources in the community for Will/Grundy county in the State of Illinois. We act as a liaison for people or families who require assistance for preventive or immediate help.. A large part of the recovery process involves the entire family and while our loved ones our recovering, often we suffer while waiting for them to overcome.
HLM Recovery 180 is here for the entire family.
We pride ourselves on providing quality care and compassion. Our program has a structured process, providing supportive service's to help our clients transition into the life they deserve. This makes the recovery process easier for both the individuals in recovery, and the entire family affected by the addiction.
Our assistance program, includes but is not limited to resources that address:
Substance Abuse
Mental Health
People without homes
Unemployment
Our primary goal is to provide a healthy network peer professionals to empower all the people in our communities to fully recover from the things that have held them back from living their full purpose and potential.
Recovery-Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC)
The 2010 Recovery – Oriented Systems of Care (ROSC) from The Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration
- The specialty substance use disorder field provides the full continuum of care (prevention, early intervention, treatment, continuing care and recovery) in partnership with other disciplines, such as mental health and primary care, in a ROSC.
- A ROSC encompasses a menu of individualized, person-centered, and strength-based services within a self-defined network. By design, a ROSC provides individuals and families with more options with which to make informed decisions regarding their care. Services are designed to be accessible, welcoming, and easy to navigate. A fundamental value of a ROSC is the involvement of people in recovery, their families, and the community to continually improve access to and quality of services.
