Know the Password!

Just about every place you want to get in on the internet requires a password. Trying to keep track of all the passwords is a daunting task in and of itself. The smart thing to do is to keep some written record of them.

Interestingly, passwords are not new. There have been passwords of some type or another since civilization began.  I even came across a familiar passage of scripture in another translation that brought this to light for me:

Enter with the password: "Thank you!"
Make yourselves at home, talking praise.
Thank him. Worship him. Psalm 100:4 IMSG)

There’s a secret password in coming into the presence of God that is a sure fire way to get His attention. that password is: "THANK-YOU"! God not only deserves our praise, He requires our praise. In fact the more we praise Him, the more we’re going to feel at home! Praise and thanksgiving are a secret language in the Kingdom – grumblers and complainers do not feel at home because they speak a foreign language.

And, the best news of all is, in case we forget the password to enter into God’s gates, He left a book, in it the password is found 248 times in 216 verses!
