This Is One Thing You Have to Share!

There are many things in this life that we can enjoy as an individual. A better standard of living enables more and more people to have "their own" THIS, or "their own: THAT. We live in a world where many children don’t know what it means to have to "share" – share clothes, toys, beds, baths, on and on down the line. 

However, there is on thing that everyone has to share:

³⁴ Peter said, "Now I know for certain that God doesn’t show favoritism with people but treats everyone on the same basis. ³⁵ It makes no difference what race of people one belongs to. If they show deep reverence for God, and are committed to doing what’s right, they are acceptable before him. Acts 10:34-35 ( The Passion Translation)

When it comes to God’s affection – He doesn’t play favorites – we all have equal opportunity to share in His kingdom and in his heart. The above passage of scripture lets us know that there is no race, ethnicity, gender, or sinner that escapes the love of God, "if they show deep reverence for Him and are committed to doing what’s right". As the contemporary gospel song goes:

Aren’t you glad that although you have to share, there’s enough to go around?
