Campaign Overview
HeartLife Ministries is excited to launch Families Forward, our 2025 Giving Campaign. With a vision to raise $50,000 by December, we aim to secure a permanent home for HeartLife Ministries, allowing us to expand our life-changing programs and create a Recovery Café—a supportive, safe space for individuals and families facing challenges such as substance use disorders, mental health struggles, unemployment, and homelessness.
Our programs have been dedicated to helping our community thrive since 2004. They offer a person-centered, faith-based approach that enables people to build lives of purpose and fulfillment. With your help, we can expand our reach and provide essential resources to even more families.
What is a Recovery Café?
Our Recovery Café will be a place of healing and support, providing ongoing resources for individuals working to maintain stability in their mental health, recovery, relationships, housing, and employment goals. At the Recovery Café, we foster a community that uplifts and encourages, offering a membership-based model that welcomes individuals from all walks of life. Since its founding in 2003, this nationally recognized model has transformed countless lives, and we are eager to bring this approach to Illinois.

- Sustain Life-Changing Programs: Ensure the ongoing operation and expansion of our vital programs, including Recovery 180, Destiny Dance, Marriage Ministry, and our Family Ministry.
- Beyond the Building: Secure a permanent location for HeartLife Ministries to create a welcoming, supportive environment for all who seek help and community.
- Invest in Hope: Empower families to overcome obstacles and build healthier futures.
