There is One Who Knows the Secrets of Your Dreams!

Have you ever dreamed a dream and did not remember the dream, but you knew it was significant? Well, you are in good company with kings! King Nebuchadnezzar dreamed a dream and he wanted to know what that dream was so badly that he threatened the life of his advisers if they could not tell him the dream:

2 And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.

2 Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to shew the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king.

3 And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream.

4 Then spake the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live for ever: tell thy servants the dream, and we will shew the interpretation.

5 The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me: if ye will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, ye shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill. Daniel 2:1-5 (KJV)

Imagine that, the king not only wanted an interpretation of his dream, but he also wanted them to tell the dream he dreamed!

While we may not have the capacity to go to such extreme measures as to ‘rip somebody apart’ if they don’t tell you your dream; no doubt you have had such a dream that you wanted to remember, that you were so frustrated you could have ripped something apart!

When a dream makes such an impact on your spirit that you press in to recapture it in your understanding then that dream, like Nebuchadnezzar’s might have been from God, and it might just take a Daniel to bring it to your remembrance:

26 The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof?

27 Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, shew unto the king;

28 But there is a God in heaven that revealeth secrets, and maketh known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these; Daniel 2:26-28 (KJV)

You may say, I don’t have a Daniel who can make known to me the secrets of my dream. Don’t fret, for the key to Daniel’s delivery was that it had been made known unto him by the God in heaven that knows all secrets. Ask HIM!
