Culture Doesn’t Equal Truth!

HeartLife Ministries is committed to providing support for the traditional nuclear family – beginning with a healthy understanding of the Word of God and how it relates to our everyday lives. We choose not to get involved in politics, which has a tendency to divide, particularly in this hour. There are issues present in our society today which transcend politics and come to the core of the family that God designed!

Deuteronomy 29:29 (NLT) says:

“The Lord our God has secrets known to no one. We are not accountable for them, but we and our children are accountable forever for all that he has revealed to us, so that we may obey all the terms of these instructions.

God has secrets that mankind has not discovered and may never discover. We are not responsible for those secrets. What we are responsible for is what God has revealed to us – each and every one of us. Not only are we responsible for “knowing” those revelations, we are responsible for obeying “the terms of these instructions”.

Genesis 1:27 says”

So God created human beings in his own image. In the image of God he created them; male and female he created them.

This was in the beginning and the same is true today. In any hospital where births are taking place, there are those with one type of genitalia and others with another. We call them the same thing that God did, male and female.

In our present “woke” culture, there are those who are pushing to take away those distinctions, leaving the sex of the baby up to someone at a later date. While this may or may not disturb you, there is One who is disturbed, that is our Father God, Creator of the universe and everything and everyone on it.

While it may seem a small thing – not worth getting bothered about, or taking a stand against, one day the world will see what God thinks about it!
